This combined class is designed for dedicated ballet students who are preparing for pointe work or are in the early stages of dancing en pointe. The class focuses on building the strength, alignment, and technique required for safe and confident pointe work.
Students will work on foot and ankle strength, core stability, balance, and proper placement through targeted pre-pointe exercises, barre work, and centre practice. Pointe students will gradually apply these skills in pointe shoes under close teacher guidance, while pre-pointe students continue to develop the foundations needed to progress.
This level supports individual development, allowing dancers to work at the appropriate stage of their pointe journey within a supportive and structured class environment.
